“ Indicated lines on the floor and even a queue rope for following SOPs but there are still a few people who don't get it, so I don't like to go when it's crowded. Gets popular around tea(live)time. Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Just wish there were some seating places, but at times, you can find some benches/seats placed near there by the mall for mall patrons. ”

“ I always make it a point to get my Tealive fix only from this particular outlet in whole of West Malaysia (If I can help it). The reasons are, of course, positive ones. This branch is one my favourites because the drinks I receive tend to be brewed or handcrafted according to my taste. Except from time to time, the drinks may taste too sweet. Thankfully, I'm a sweet tooth! I like the service here the most as well because it's very obvious the staff members have teamwork with one another and they're also polite, decent and service-minded toward consumers. I tend to collect One Utama points whenever I purchase from them, and they never showed an attitude of bother. When they brew the drinks, I can see they're also very dedicated rather than bored or uninspired. From start to finish, this branch has not disappointed. I believe several of the staffs are foreigners from Nepal or Myanmar. Either way, they really delivered and worked very hard. I really appreciate this branch! ”
